Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping orders place before 12PM CST Monday-Friday will take approximately 1-2 days to be processed and packaged before they are sent out.

We ship with UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.

PayLex Boutique is not responsible for the following:

• Delays with UPS, FEDEX, and USPS
• Products that are lost or damaged in mail. UPS, FEDEX, and USPS are responsible once we ship the package
• Once the package is marked delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. 

Orders that contain PREORDERS will not ship out immediately. Please refer to product descriptions on estimated shipping timeline.
